Sometimes I forget one of my villagers, Patty, is a peppy. She seems to act so motherly around me that I'd always think that she's a normal, even though Norma is my actual normal.

I was thinking of making a Donkey Kong Country themed island with gorillas, monkeys, and alligator villagers. But I already have two islands and I never wanted to delete any of them .

I was working on Zipper's home in Happy Home Paradise and tried to turn it into an amusement park, because he looks like one of those cartoon mascots there, but for some reason, the game told me I couldn't name it, "amusement park", because they thought that was offensive for some reason, seriously?

Is it because, "park", spells something backwards...anyway, I named it, "carnival", instead.

Norma invited herself to my house and used the toilet. She sat on it and read for the longest time. I even talked to her, and she acted like nothing happened.

I saw what triggered that warning. I cannot reveal what the offensive word is (for obvious reasons), but it's slotted in the middle of the name.

all right, so as you guys know, I started my island a few days ago. I’m still attempting to do a Valentine’s Day themed island <3333

While the idea of having villager couples sounds absolutely wonderful, my favorite ones are all cranky and snooty (Astrid x Rooney, Mathilda x Walt, Amelia x Apollo, Bruce x Diana, and Velma x Gruff). Snooty and Cranky are my two favorite personalities, but it’ll get boring just having those two personalities on my island.

So instead, I’m going to put more players on my island that are all couples: Myself (Obviously the resident representative), Mikhail Levin (my F/O), and my three favorite OC couples (Orchia x Manton, Skye x Maurice, and Daisy x Cole). Eight players is the perfect limit, I’d say. ^^

Note: I am NOT referring to the villagers Skye, Daisy, and Cole. I have OC’s with those names ^^

I’m still going to have Astrid and Rooney on my island because they are my favorite snooty and cranky villagers, but I’m not gonna have all the villager couples that I ship, so I’ll do players instead <333

For my dream villagers, it’s just going to be my favorite from each personality, plus an extra cranky, and an extra snooty ^^

Around this time last year, I gave all my villagers Santa hats. It was fun for a while, but when they had them on in MARCH I regretted it lol.

I did the same thing. I still give my new villagers hats and outfits . Even though Tybalt and Eloise were wearing their hat and outfits for most of October.

Yeah. Hamphrey has also worn his reindeer costume all year, but it was actually fitting yesterday lol.

I find it kinda funny when they wear them out of season. So many of my villagers were wearing their Christmas outfits on Halloween morning. I haven’t given them reindeer outfits I might have to this year .

Finally did Toy Day! I visited family and attended church earlier this year, so the timing was perfect!

I think Jingle is cute and it was fun to hand out gifts, as well as receive some…interesting ones from my villagers. (A sandbox? In the snow?) Overall, it’s a fun Animal Crossing holiday.

I just unlocked the Able Sisters’s shop. It took me a long time (like 2 hours+) to decide what aesthetic I wanted for my island, starting with downloading a couple of custom outfits. I decided that, for now at least, I’m going kidcore

I seem to come back to this game every year around this time to farm rare things, and remind myself why I quit playing.

Hackers, lack of promised updates, lack of full furniture sets, not much to do while visiting but collect the incomplete sets, people that want to "roleplay", foot enthusiasts.

Why did i decide to build a bunch of big roads on my island? it's half finished and i don't feel like finishing it or undoing it so now my island is permanently under construction

If possible, I'm gonna try to put an in-ground swimming pool in my villager's bedroom. I wish I had one in real life, so it would be awesome to live that fantasy.

when i first started working on my island i thought i had too much empty space but after a couple large projects, i'm running out of room for the remaining ideas. i really like having spacious areas though so i may have to cut down on the areas i want to create.
