Just as the name implies, this game is where you visit the DA above you. It's a little different and takes more time than the average Basement game. While you are visiting, look for a theme, flower placement, path placement, etc. and make a serious critique along with a 1-10 rating. Also, if you really appreciate your critique, you should tip them with tbt. Also, to prevent anyone from grading the same DA at the same time, please say Claim so there is no mixups. I just visited your DA!
It looks like you are doing fairly well for the most part!! Since it's a WIP, I don't really know entirely how to judge fairly, since I know that it won't be the final product. But it looks like you are working on organizing your flowers and trees, which is a good idea.
Certain rooms of your house look bare, but I'm once again assuming that's because it's a WIP. My advice is to have some kind of larger centerpiece in the main room like a table or a couch or something, as it kinda looks like most of the stuff is off to the sides, the only thing that is out of the corners/sides of the room is fairly small.
I really liked your selection of villagers. I don't know how many of them you plan on keeping, but having some of the less popular villagers is kinda cool! It keeps things more of a surprise. I've never had them, but I adore Ren?e and Timbra; and Lucha is one of my all-time favourite villagers.
For the most part, my thoughts are that your town still needs some work, but that I'm sure that's largely because it's still a WIP, and from what I can see, it looks like you're in the right direction.
My only real critique is more with the dream address itself than your landscaping, is that it's a good idea to pay attention to making sure to pull weeds/dig up fossils for the day before saving your dream address, and to try to wait until weather or a time of day that fits the mood of your town. I imagine your town would be nicer in a sunnier environment, although maybe you intentionally want to build a town that looks good in storms. I'm also not gonna judge too harshly on not picking up fossils and weeds, as I had to save my dream address in a hurry (the fireworks were about to start and I had literally like three minutes to update my dream address) and may have accidentally left some fossils myself.
Ultimately, I don't think I can give a fair rating until the town is more completed, but I'd say that maybe a 6 or 7 out of 10 would be accurate based on how the town is going so far.

wow!, what a great town!, i really enjoyed the path you had, and the overall layout of the town was great! i also got a chance of hearing the town tune/bell and that it was lovely!

Oh wow!! I just visited your DA, and it was wonderful!!

The villager choices were great, the paths were gorgeous, the houses were decorated so beautifully, and the big fields of flowers were so nice. It was a super wonderful experience to visit your dream town!!

For the most part, I don't really have many critiques, my only real thought is that maybe it could use some extra trees? Doesn't matter what kind, it could be more bamboo or other kinds of trees, it just sorta felt like a lot of the decorations were paths and flowers, so everything was really low to the ground, and having some nice big trees might add more depth. I also found the snow-themed paths on the beach to be sort of strange, but I like strange things so I'm not really sure if that's a critique or more of just an observation!

A solid 9/10.

Really interesting DA, lots of flowers and many projects done already!
It looks like your town is still a work in progress, as Ive seen the flower breeding corner~
And you've got white and pink carnations, exactly what I need, Im so jealous!!
Keep on going with the patterns, I think there could be a great way between each buildings and projects if you started to connect them through path patterns!

I really liked your town!! Your landscaping was very pretty and clean, very good choices with the PWPs types and placement, lots of flowers and nice paths; your houses were very nicely decorated; and while I don't think that villagers should really effect score since it's such an incredibly personal preference, I really loved your villager choices, almost every villager you have I've either considered a dreamy or had at some point, and I've loved them all.
