Reached 100,000 Nook Miles and I have no idea what to do with them

I have 200k+ too. I'll redeem some for NMT as I'll have a space for a new villager tomorrow so I'm going island hopping, but otherwise I'm hoping we get some new items to redeem them for in an update.

Getting rich with the stalk market is easy if you’ve got a friend in another country and a loooot of time on your hands.

And doing a giveaway does sound fun but if I’m not that interested myself in having NMTs or Bell vouchers, I’m similarly not sure how fun it might be for others to get them, even for free :/

Not everyone on the forum has been playing since launch, I only got into it 2 1/2 weeks ago. There are plenty of people who would love some nmts!

idk what to do with mine at this point. after reaching 140k and spending half of it on bell vouchers (scrolling instagram and clicking a for a few hours), i’m pretty over it lol. i hit 10mil on the stalk market so bell vouchers don’t mean much anymore and i use amiibos for my favs. if the UX of buying NMT wasn’t awful i’d just get a stash and give them away.

I have 100k+ miles as well.
I use them whenever I need to buy a streetlamp or drink/snack machine to trade, but that's really about it. I'm hoarding mine just in case they add more stuff we can use to decorate our islands.

I have about 380,000 and nothing to use them for. I don't even bother with the nook miles tasks anymore. I wish there was more of a variety of things to buy. All my loans are paid off and I've already bought all the Nook Miles items I want, so the miles just sit there unused. I don't even need them to buy NMTs because I have a bunch of those still stockpiled from when I was villager hunting and doing some trading.

340K Nook Miles for me, I've long since stopped caring about and until we can purchase items in bulk, it isn't worth the time trading them in.

The last time I hit 100k I only got 50 NMTs and had to wait longer to do my 100 ticket island hopping. So, right now I am saving up 200k to get 100 tickets to do another island hopping session.

I do agree that they should add more items to buy for NMTs. I like the exclusive clothing. I would really love to see a whole room and furniture set. No. A whole house set dedicated to Nook merch! I think that would be really fun and have something to work towards. Even better if it came in the three color variations that match each of the Nook shirts. And even better than that if it was some tanooki themed furniture that gets unlocked as you buy up the other furniture sets. That way we could have an NMT sink as well as some bell sinks. Other than island hopping.

I'm currently buying the Nook shirts and gifting them to my villagers because I really like the pattern on them.

I hit about 200,000 before deciding to spend about 60,000 in one go.

I also hit 200k before I decided to spend more than half of it on Island hopping. Back to 100k now thanks to fulfilling some bigger milestones recently. I just like to watch it stack up even if I have no use for it :'D At least I know it's there for a rainy day.

I ran super low due to my dreamie hunt, then got 70 NMT for a villager, most of which I've traded or used now. I've got about 70k miles that I use occasionally for things like streetlamps. It's also good to know I've got some stashed in case I ever run low on bells or need a few NMT for a trade. I've been enjoying trading in TBT these days, though, so they're not serving as much of a purpose for me as they used to.

I think I'm close to hitting 200k miles. But I like spending them every once in a while for NMT and island hopping. Not to find villagers since I'm happy with my lineup, but because it's fun to. I like find the wasp and the piece of furniture or the island with all my sister fruit for money.

i wish nook miles were more useful, other than nook miles tickets after a while you have no use of them because you have already bought everything. i have like 98 thousand nook miles at the moment and i already have a lot of NMTs so idk what to do with my miles
