Recent Loading Issues

Working perfectly fine for me. Maybe you just have a bad connection.

You're right, my connection is not always the best, sadly. Which, when TBT itself is out of whack, makes it ten times worse. So I will reserve final judgement, but this morning, despite not resetting my router yet, my pages are loading very well. Thank you!

Some pages are still very slowly for me and some of my posts have been taking several minutes to post and then duplicating (let's see if this one does it). The real test of if the servers are better will come later today though because it's always the worst in the evening

Pre-apocalyptic TBT when the staff freak out and start setting fire to the servers as a method to the solution... Jk Jk. I think if TBT were to shut down they would let us know in advanced.

So as for my situation, I can't use the site on my mobile without getting the database error, and last night I couldn't use my laptop either. On my laptop, the loading time is like a minute but even then that is slow compared to how it used to be just a second.

I'm so happy, sort of, for this feedback because I never know if it is my wifi, but pages are still loading very slowly for me, too, and if it is always worse in the evening, this is not a good sign.

PS I did reset my router!

Same for me, normally slows down when I start to try opening up a subforum (Re-Tail, etc) or go to my Inbox. Otherwise things will load reasonably fast.

The forum is working much better since yesterday incident but the page is still loading 3 milliseconds too slow. My connection is quote-on-quote, "on fleek" so it has to do with something with the forum itself. It's hard to post/use the forums under these overwhelming conditions. Hopefully a fix will be underway soon.

It took about 2 days to get on here, but I finally made it. I only got one resetti error this morning, so I guess it's getting better. Though at some points going through the pages of this thread, it took forever for some of the pages to load.

this is the first time in almost a week I've been able to load the forums relatively quickly (if at all, sometimes It won't even load at all )

There's definitely still a loading issue once in a while, so it's not 100% yet. Hopefully it doesn't get worse later today like some have mentioned, but I have a feeling that will happen based on how it was yesterday. I'm still working with the site's server host to figure it out. Yesterday they figured it was due to a setting on their end, but it doesn't seem to have corrected everything.

Jeremy, you know good as well nothing useful comes out of customer support. You must gather the rest of the village, get some pitchforks and torches, and march into their building and politely ask for their supervisor. You'll probably get something useful and quicker out of them.

Thanks for changing the database error page...it's an encouragement as well as amusing. Tech support are not the only ones shedding tears of frustration, btw. Keep on keeping on...
