Fight your fears and survive.
Traveling alone in the Graveyard outside the mansion, Jill has been separated from Barry for multiple hours. Traveling nearby the gates, she receives a static radio transmission:Fight your fears and survive.
"Somebody respond! Over!"
"Barry?"
"Monste- chains- gun- ineffective! Stay... away! Forest... outside the mansion! Stay... away!"
Concerned about her friend, Jill rushes through the forest only to find a lone cabin at the top. It appears as though an animal has ransacked it, evident by the rotting wood and dirty trinkets. After careful investigation, Jill notices a photograph nearby a hole in the ground.

Geoni has gone missing, listed as MIA until further notice. They were Barry Burton (Jailkeeper).
However, during your investigation of the mansion, you are approached by Albert Wesker when you are separated from Jill. Wesker reveals his devious plans as a spy for UMBRELLA, and threatens to execute your wife and daughters if you do not cooperate with him in his plot to eliminate the surviving members of S.T.A.R.S.
Your sense of loyalty to your friends is in conflict with the love of your family. Now in a conundrum, you need to appear that you are following through on Wesker's demands without betraying your friends. Your combat skills will be invaluable in your objective.
You are a Jailkeeper. During the Night phase, you may target one player. Should your action be successful, that player will be protected from a night kill, but will also have their night action blocked.
Win Condition: Eliminate all of the Mafia.
Day 2 has now begun. You have 48 hours to select someone to be eliminated. Night 2 will begin on October 14th @8:00 PM CDT.

i’ve been catching up/writing when the thread was locked so i couldn’t quote anything, so bare with me here
re: @Geoni #244 i asked about the power because i read 2 people’s explanation on the role and lead me to think that mafia could kill 2 people in the same night, which terrified me. also i was confused cause from reading the OP i thought mafia rolecop was able to block a PR’s action, but no i misunderstood.
also understanding powers is how i navigated through my last mafia game, not through player-player interactions ._.
re: @Antonio #219 i asked why you were on ghost so much is because i thought it was excessive. he was clearly not going to start explaining himself after the prodding from b100ing. i saw no reason to hound him unless, from perspective where you were mafia together, you were trying to get him to post more and seem more town… then buss him when he failed to do so
side note: you seemed really interested in him without much thought on others, anything stand out to you about the other players?

ghost, his posts are so sporadic and unhelpful. calling town and mafia without reason…
which brings me to the topic of voting unhelpful townies that was lightly discussed: despite numbers being numbers, i think voting off unhelpfuls is good? because i see it as beneficial to mafia to have chaotic townies like that around. it takes suspicion off of them, throws town into uncertainty/chaos, and i think unhelpfuls have a higher chance of messing up voting (as exhibited with ghost’s just randomly joining voting wagon for geoni)
do i think ghost is mafia? yes, and no. in the nicest way possible, and maybe i’m biased by disliking this behaviour… i’m sorry ghost but i just want you gone

my stance on damniel is null since poor dude was thrown in here with votes on him and only 2 hrs to go.
the whole having a mafia partner to help catch up/what’s happening behind the scenes thing is arbitrary. 1. it could be true he’s was just busy and it’s a bad time to do all this catching up (like, i’m an incredibly slow reader so i feel for this) 2. you guys are overlooking the fact that an inactive partner could be lurking/telling him stuff instead of posting. it’s just impossible to tell and it shouldn’t sway you whether he’s town or not. so yeah, betsy’s looking a bit sus for townreading him for something we can’t know
one thing i noticed is betsy keeps repeatedly mentioning she doesn’t have a good record with her susses. i know liars tend to repeat lies to try to convince others - it could very well be that she’s just really anxious but maybe she’s trying to hide the fact that if she were apart of a wagon that voted off a town, she’ll look less sus.
