"The odds are in your favour today, Dustin. The crowd voted innocent... just. You shall walk free. But remember this: if you step even a toe out of line again, you will be sent straight back to the dungeon, and there will be no trial."

The princess dismissed Dustin. "Now, it is time for the other traitor, Jaxon, to make her plea".

Despite her wants against it, Elsinore once again came to the trial. This time, however, she vowed to do something about it. She couldn't sit on the sidelines again.

"And now she is treating his life like some kind of game, honestly." I sigh and fiddle with a rock, half tempted to throw it at the princess

Dustin sighed. The guards took him to the sides of the courtyard, where the audience was. He spotted a familiar face,Luka. He stands by her, not saying anything. Dustin watches as the second trial begins.

"Yeah, the tensions are rising. Especially if they do kill him" I say, "Id rather have nothing to do with it though, I'm happy living in the shadows or up on the roofs. Sometimes I feel like it's not my fight but on days like today I realise that me being invisible is the exact reason why I should"

Kagari watched the trial calmly, staying next to Silver.
As much as she hated the queen, she thought herself that Dustin was lying.
Although, the odds had ended in his favor and he was to survive.
"...What... do you... think...of this?" she whispered quietly to the hooded boy, although she assumed he felt the same.

Byakuran watched the crowd, his eyes attempted to pick out Ahri's silhouette in failure.
He was able to spot Angel, but he kept his position alone as he watched the trial.

I'm so sorry, miss, I should be punished, but not with death.If I am, well, executed, then I'll be happy Dustin is alive...." Jaxon trailed off..."That's all words can say, but I mean much more."
