You want to know my shiny huning exp?
In pokemon platium, was hunting for a light ball from pikachu. Tried a lot of times, maybe 50 times or more then a shiny pikachu popped up. Caught it with a quick ball, still in my pokemon platium game..

SOS for a shiny pichu. took around 50 calls. nature was quite bad but its still a shiny. I evolved it into a pikachu.
debating if should i evolve it into a shiny alolan raichu.

That moment of finally encountering the shiny immediatly makes up for all the time you ''wasted''

I was SOS chaining Zubats for Speed and ran into, and caught, a green Zubat with outstanding stats!

i just did a wonder trade, and traded a magicarp that i got from wonder trade, and got a shiny arceus holding a aerodactylite.
( most definately hacked, but still awesome )

a saw the OT name of the person, right before the trade ( it had twitch TV ) or something in the name.
and i was like, ''hmm i have the feeling that i'm going to get something special''
and than arceus came into my screen

( i got my shiny arceus, and shiny crawdaunt the same way )

I got 2 hacked shiny pokeball vivilon sent to me recently via the gts

and tbh, I'm somewhat surprised the legit pokeball vivillon distribution wasn't shiny, since the white body actually works super well here

nah, I gave one to a friend who's helping me with some stuff, and am just gonna keep the other for my personal collection

I remember getting a shiny charizard from wondertrade with a master ball... I knew it was hacked so i took the master ball and wt away.

I've been hoping to do that recently with a Nidorino I got via wonder trade, it's level 1, so it's defaintly hacked or something.
I don't mind many hacked pokemon, but when it's hacked that the level is something you couldn't get, I'm not too fond of those.
