I think it's kinda bad that they're visible, it's like outing an ex-convict who is trying to make a new life for themselves, you know? Or is it warning people that they're potentially bad news? Argument swings either way really!

They are not visible? It only says 1(or whatever number you have) and I pretty much know who it is tho.

Which yeah, although I can't see what you did, it still shows me you did something bad, right?

The referrals are for when new members sign up and they put your name in the box, how does that have anything to do with "outing an ex-convict" or being "bad news"????

Referrals mean how many people you have referred to the site. They're a good thing not a bad thing!

If you're thinking of warnings/infractions, they're hidden and only visible to the staff and the user who received them.

Probably a misunderstanding, since the term "referrals" is used in schools as a disciplinary course of action.

(i.e you're being referred to isolation)

Yeah, I guess it is which is kinda fun if you remember them all ;)

@Jarrad: really I never heard of that but I guess it makes sense

How do I have one referral when I haven't referred this site to anyone? None of my friends outside of this forum even know I play animal crossing @.@...
