Let's be honest here, it doesn't matter what genitalia you have, all genders have people that are fit for war and others that wouldn't last a day in it. With that in mind I don't agree with drafting people to go to war, you should have volunteer to go into the military or to war, but if a country has to resort to drafting men I don't see why women should be excluded.
There will always be wars or conflicts of some kind but that doesn't mean that anybody should be forced to take part. Whatever gender somebody is. I know and know of many women who have joined the army, one of my colleagues daughters has actually recently joined. I have no doubt she is great at what she does and that it is her choice of career. But nobody should ever be forced into it, male or female.
I don't think women should be drafted. In fact, there shouldn't even be a war, AT ALL. If a country wants to declare war, they must say no. There would be no drafts if there was no international conflict whatsoever.
I've been against drafts for a long time now, but if men have to do it, then yes, women should be drafted.
And the belief that war is unnecessary or that people can solve their problems by talking it out or compromising is a really childish Utopian belief that can never be achieved tbh fam ("okay" hand gesture emoji)
honestly, no gender should be drafted. i hate how people bring feminists into this and say "oh are you saying women shouldn't be drafted? i thought you wanted equality!!" but really no one should be taken from their families and thrown into war. saying women shouldn't be drafted isn't about equality, it's about humanity. and no one should be taken against their will away to a war without their 100% consent or choice.
I'm not very fond of the idea of anyone being drafted into the army, but I understand that they have to when it's absolutely necessary. And when that moment comes where it is so necessary, I think women and men alike should all be drafted. So, I voted yes, women should be drafted.
I wish no country ever would even need an army though
This is kindave a trick question, I see a lot of responses are No due to not wanting drafts for wars at all. I think the context of this question was under the assumption that a draft was already set in place though which I then agree women should be as well.
