Here's a random comic of Mario and Luigi that I did! I apologize for the terrible light quality, here's what it says, just in case you can't read it:
Mario: "Hey, Luigi, I mustache you a question..."
Luigi: "Yes?"
Mario: "Did you steal mustache!?"
Luigi: "Zoo wee mamma-mia!"
Luigi's comment, "zoo wee mamma-mia", is a nod to both, "mamma-mia", and, "zoo wee mama", which is a famous catchphrase in my favorite book series, titled, "Diary of a Wimpy Kid".

okay but "zoo-wee-mama-mia" sounds exactly like something Luigi would say hehe
this is fantastic, very few things get me more hyped than seeing people draw Super Mario stuff on this forum!

Just a little wip doodle of a Dorado, aka my favorite fish in animal crossing! I haven't drawn one digitally yet (Mostly because I suck at drawing fish lol) but I really like how this is turning out!
(Also I know Dorados are river fish, but I just felt like drawing one in the ocean since they're apparently related to piranhas and I wanted it to look more menacing)

I find lately that, when I'm feeling stressed or anxious, I like to do simple doodles instead of full-fledged art pieces. I still have a commission I need to work on, but god my anxiety has been so bad basically all day today. so instead I started this cute little drawing idea that I had:
it was inspired by a screenshot I found saved on my old Blackberry, where tanuki Mario was wearing a question box covering the top half of his body. and I thought it looked really cute, so I wanted to draw that as well as kitsune Luigi, because of course he's my favourite hehe
I try not to spend more than an hour on these drawings, so we'll see how it goes

Arts not working for my rn but I wanted to try, here’s one of the top 5 most silly self indulgent things i drew this year + a sketch for Bug! (Which i updated since the profile post and tossed more around it lmao) I might just open requests later anyway but I really need to get myself together on a lot or I’m gonna feel too much pressure on every request . Idk where my art is going right now is actually a lot more motivated than usual due to musical inspiration

I haven't really tried drawing cars in forever, so it makes me happy to attempt one again even though it's scruffy in many places. It's more of a warm up if anything so it'll look very different once I get the details down. For those curious, it's a Lancia Stratos!

the transmasc flag thwomp was drawn for @/xSuperMario64x as a gift, and i was inspired to draw monty mole after playing mario party superstars these past few weeks, and chatting with @/xSuperMario64x about mario games last night! these aren’t my best work since i honestly should have been sleeping instead of drawing haha, but i’m hoping to be a bit more active in this thread now that i’m trying to be more candid about my art process and what my art looks like before it’s coloured in and shaded :’)

I also didn’t try turp with it yet, that stuff smells so bad haha.
I had to use wayy too much paint for the no linseed side. Use linseed if you want to try oil paints too but remember to dispose of it safely (it’s combustible).

If you want something that dries way quicker than linseed, I highly recommend trying out Winsor & Newton's Liquin medium.. I used that stuff all the time and it would only take like a day to dry. I also used Gamblin Gamsol Odourless Mineral Spirits instead of turps ^_^
