Hmmm I have to be honest there is so much detail on that dress that I'm not sure if I could do it with 200 or so pixels let alone the small amount you get to work with on New Leaf. I know you have a list, but this one request is also a question because it may be impossible to do. I have one town I am planning to make dedicated to Fred Astair and Ginger Rogers. The ruffles for the Baabara Dress you made for me was possible, but Ginger's dress is feathers. If you scroll down there are multiple shots of the dress both front, back, and close up front where she and Fred are seated at a table. I don't need ALL that detail, but it gives you an idea.
Is this possible at all on any sort of scale? I was hoping to make my Mayor "Ginger" and wear that dress.

I tried with the bandanna but it basically requires working with hairstyles and I've never done that so it was a bit too much for me to do in the time I had.
