You ARE boring, tbh, although I have no idea what that has to do with Hero Mode.
I didn't start with Hero Mode either but that's because I just wanted to jump into the online gameplay. I did eventually get into it and I did about a world a day.
When I made my new file I didn't know you HAD to have an NNID to play multiplayer so I did a big chunk of the single player before creating one, and I finished single payer before I even got to level 7, I think,
 
I was playing in Manda's stream today and I did the most hilarious stuff I've done with the Inkbrush in a long time.
-Manda was in Kracken mode and was chasing me, so I ran away. When the Kracken was about to run out, I turned around and swipe-spammed her Kracken so she couldn't reach me. After her Kracken ran out, she was stuck in my ink and died.
-There was some random japanese player standing next to a wall and they didn't see me. So I threw a Sprinkler on the wall they were right next to and they were stuck in the Sprinkler and died in a fraction of a second.
And then a dose of ninja kills. It was fun.:3

With all these people going for what they think is the "least popular choice" it's gonna end up being the most popular.
After seeing all the FNAF posts from nine year olds though, I regret choosing Pizza a little though...
I can't find the post since the user was apparently banned, but it was something like "OMG piza verzuz bugers iz a sine fum Nontendoo... cuz Freddy fazburs piza sels pissa ITS A SINE FEDDY FAPBEAR IS GONA B IN IN SMASH!! OMG I LUV FNAF!!!"

Since I have two files, I chose a different team on each one so no matter what happens, I'll win. ;)
 
I now have a total of 26 pieces of gear where I got two brand abilities in a row through leveling... only to have the last one be some random garbage.

Why does the RNG hate me so much. ;~;
 
I've been practicing with Marshal lately and Port Makeral was in the rotation, and I must say it's incredibly fun to jump back in forth from the right alleyway to the left using the large crates in the middle. Then your opponents will have no clue where you are, and it's easy to jump to to the other alley if an opponent is on the other side out of your reach.
It's easier to switch sides by just being on the ground instead of using the alleys, but it's always easier to snipe up high than on the ground.

I recently ran into a group of rollers who just went straight twords the other team's base. It's was so fun and easy to switch alleys back and forth trying to snipe them all. Whenever I fell off by mistake, I usually managed to get them as well, since they seemed to forget 3 uncharged shots can kill.

My highest score today was 9 kills and 0 deaths.

I think I have like 9 or 10.

I only have 6. :(

Oddly enough four were bought from Spyke and then leveled, which makes me think that ordering gear from Spyke increases the chances of getting perfect brand abilities.

Nah. Most of my current gear is actually ordered from Spyke, but it's the same results or worse than if I'd bought from the shops. Just a coincidence.

At least I've got a Splatfest coming up. First Splatfest on this new file. Woo!
