Spooky Stalk Market - It's Over!

Do we know if it appears to be mirroring an actual ACNH market flow yet? I’ve only seen it going up, so I assumed it was the midweek peak or endweek peak.

No idea. I was theorizing 2 peaks, but that could be very wrong - don't know what determines market price. Maybe a set of specific numbers randomly assigned times? Maybe pre-determined by the god of the spooky stalk market? Who knows...

And will the orange market follow the pattern of the purple...hmmm...

I sold my purple turnip. I could wait for a better price, but I’m not willing to take risks. I’m not playing Roulette or Keno right now. I’m playing Spooky Stalk Market.

can't in-game reach four digits?

or at least I know the older ones could
I remember when the turnip prices from the GameCube version went up to 1,008 Bells per turnip. But Tom Nook refused to buy my turnips because my pockets would be too full to hold all of the Bells.

I'm taking Justin's coy reply as a yes. Which means the price is only going to go up for the next few bumps or it's about to drop. Decisions, decisions...

I just decided to sell now! I think 14 bells is pretty generous, and I still have an orange turnips to play the market with later :)

I have until noon to decide...

I should sell - guaranteed profit. But it's tempting to wait and see. But that could backfire.

Would be funny to have a little counter of 'turnips sold back' lol...

That would be fun! By my count, we have four sellers so far.

At the end I'd love to hear "most money lost from turnips" as well, but I think this should be voluntary from the stalk traders of course=) It will of course be potentially more impressive with the orange turnips which have a larger potential margin. High risk, high reward, they say....
(Have not yet bought, but am thinking of buying 1 or a few orange turnips so I can report back)
