this is ridiculous, i can't believe it's even a thing. i work at starbucks and ironically enough a coworker the other day said something like "oh i wonder if these are gonna cause a whole controversy like the red ones did" when we first put them out.

Honestly, I just think that right winged christians will get up in arms about anything and claim that it's a "War on Christianity." It was the same thing last year. It's just a damn cup, you drink it then you throw it away, they need to get over theirselves.

Holiday themed things have always seemed like a waste of money to me. Why would anyone want to use a packaging or product that will only be usable for what, a month, two at the most? Then if you overstock all the company can do is through them out because the holidays are over and it's back to the normal packaging. Although, I love those orange and pink creme filled valentines day candies and nerdy wrapping paper so I don't really know what I'm complaining about.

As for the cups; someone is going to find a reason to complain no matter what it is or how stupid it sounds. Personally, I prefer the Caribou Coffee near my house over Starbucks but I agree with Kayleee. I don't care about the cup, it's just green. I want the coffee that's in it.
