The silver is so confusing. I thought there was supposed to be silver connected to voting in polls, but I just voted in my first poll of the last few days and it didn’t impact my cooldown. I thought the different types of actions (reactions, replies, new threads, etc) had different cooldown periods? Or is it different this time around?

I just now voted in my my first 3 polls since the event started and didn't get any silver from any of them, so I'd guess not? I'm pretty confused about the silver cooldown mechanics too, but I think you're onto something about interaction types having separate cooldowns.
