When you enter the game go directly ahead to the red screen. From there pick "Online" then you want to go right twice (taking you past the Friends option) to reach "Private Game". I'll send you the pass code about 30-60 minutes before we're due to start.
Yes, priority will go to the Blue and Green teams. If no one sign-ups from the other teams then you can play.
