This only makes sense if Tom is the cult leader.
That means nothing. I think he is town too. I posted his posting patterns in other mafia games and he doesn't post less when he's scum.
He has certainly been on everyone's mind lately. And there's no way Justin thought he would have been killed so early, so he probably would have been more careless. I'm not sure if that means we should lynch Tom or not, but we should keep him on the top of our list today.
I'm not trying to just jump on Karla's bandwagon, iv been reading and I just don't trust him.

Excellent results! Justin was the Cultist follower and not the leader however, so does this mean that it is possible that they converted another player to join them? I assume that Trundle and Karla could not have been converted if they got healed. I'm assuming that if Mafia AND a Cultist targets the same target, but they get healed, then they are neither killed nor converted? So we should be looking at 5 Mafia and 1-2 Cultists left in play, if I am not mistaken - It's entirely possible that both cult and Mafia wanted Trundle or Karla dead/converted since they've been power players thus far.

No. Mafia hits take priority during protection. So it is very possible either Karla or Trundle were still converted last night, assuming both absorbed the remaining mafia shots last during. However, one of the two could've been a conversion target and protected from that instead of a shot, as the protection PM is just generic, giving no specifics on whether the player was shot or converted.
I believe that's why people were asking if there were any other claims to be protected.
I swear I read somewhere that a single medic protection won't stop both a shot and a conversion attempt.

If mafia and cult target the same person, and that person is protected by a medic, only the first action to be sent in will be protected against. The second will still go through regardless of what it is (unless that player has multiple medics protecting them).
