I still think the Jailer needs a sort of guideline, like "inactive," etc. I do agree that the end result is their choice, though.

Does mafia KP drop if a scum member is jailed and it would affect the calculations?
Ex. Three scum members would be 2 kp but jailing one would drop it to 1?

KP is not affected if a mafia player is jailed. They would be roleblocked however, and thus unable to send in a kill for their team if they wanted to.
