I was kind of wondering this too, and it's a bit weird just to completely ignore the question even though she was active and around earlier in the day. If it is her real role it would be foolish to reveal that in the thread so early as town, unless Mewmewmewm is mafia with the detective role and thus not worried about being killed (since a vigilante wouldn't shoot a detective)... Another possibility is that she wants to draw attention to herself as an unimportant role or veteran, but that doesn't make so much sense to do during the day, in my opinion.

There isn't much discussion because there really isn't much to go on at this point other than the death of chicken lady. Unless you count Mew publicly roleclaiming detective for some unknown reason.

Turns out it was only 3 pages. I think it should be gallows he's being inactive (as usual)
I don't think mew simply hasn't seen my post, it's been brought up by multiple people, so she couldn't have missed it. I find it extremely suspicious that she publicly claimed detective, and I'm sure Mafia will be targeting her tonight because of that. They couldn't take that big of a risk.

Part of me thinks that the Mew roleclaim was kind of just her referring to being a detective in that we all are detectives that have to sniff out the scum, rather than the role.
I dunno, I think this game, we have a fairly decent amount of time. There's only two scum and depending on their KP we have a lot of time to spare hunting them out. If they have 1 KP we could technically no lynch each day and just detective them out. Hell, we could even do the same thing if they even had 2 KP.
That said, I'm not calling for a no lynch. No lynching sucks, for reasons you all already know.

Okay. It's settled. I'm putting a placeholder vote on Mew unless something comes up. I just saw her name, with my own two eyes, viewing the thread for a good 5-10 minutes and didn't say a single thing.

Yeah, I noticed that myself as well. Seems very strange. As if she was panicking whilst trying to come up with a reasonable explanation. It's not the most powerful evidence, but it's better than nothing, and I don't want to head down the No Lynch path either. If she does not return with a good explanation for her behaviour then she might be the best candidate to vote for.

Hmm.. Still on the topic of Mew: Well, she did say that she was going to her grandmothers and (provided that she was telling the truth) she's still committed enough to check up on the thread even when away and busy. That kind of dedication and activity can be very helpful to town in the long run, I'd say. Now that she has provided a reason for her behaviour thus far, I do not think we should bandwagon against her. Professor Gallows seems like a more appealing target in my eyes. (For his inactivity)

Well, I think I should just come out and tell everyone basically what I'm doing.
As oath said, I was thinking us all as detectives, with me investigating Laurens death. I didn't want to make it seem like I was a Detective but people just started to think I was. I figured it might be in my favor if incident deny it, considering I could single out yh ed detective this way so he could possibly be someone who I could talk to and pm. People who asked me if I was the detective weren't the detective in my eyes, if that makes any sense. So yep im not the detective.
