You're absolutely right about Rod! In my opinion, he has the cutest face among the mice. I was thinking about having him in my town but I'm not big on his pirate gear. Literally wish it was limited to just his shirt so I could change it but it's his hat too haha. I decided on Broccolo for my mouse. I love mice and rats

I've had a huge soft spot for Broccolo since he was one of my starting villagers in ACNL. He stuck around for a good long while and grew on me more than I ever expected, considering I didn't like any of the mice pre-NL.
Still not overly keen on the mice villagers, though I wouldn't mind having Chaddar at some point, as he has quite a different and interesting design.

Looking at the poll though, I am shocked at Brees popularity, I always saw he as one of the uglier villagers. And since NL having played Danganronpa UDG, she now strongly reminds me of Monaca and that is not a selling point either! I would have expected Greta, Bella, Dora, Candi and Penelope to all be more popular than Bree.

- Broccolo has a lot of nostalgia for me. He was in my CF town, and all I really remember from him is his catchphrase, "eat it!" I love him to death, I think he's super cute. Plus, his catchphrase warms my heart every time. He isn't in my NH currently, but I'd love to have him!

- I don't have any personal experiences with Anitcotti, but I think she looks super sweet! She also shares the birthday of my 2 best friends, so I have some love to her from that aspect to. She is definitely on my list of people I want in my town!

And to that I say: this is the best post I've seen in my life. As far as Chad Cheese goes, I want you and everyone in this forum to know that I plastered that Nookazon listing on a mug and sent it to my friend, who also despises Moose. We're in this together! Lmao.

I admire any and all people who appreciate Moose for that reason! Chad Cheese is a tough act to follow, that's for sure!

BROCCOLO!

I went from not knowing that he existed, to him being one of my favorite villagers of all time after he moved in to my old town randomly. Now I couldn't imagine ever not having him in my town. I know this is in the New Horizons folder, but I'm going to gush anyway! When I picked up New Leaf again, I knew it was meant to be when he was one of my starting villagers. He just looks so happy... he's like the Toad of Animal Crossing.

See what I mean?

He's just too cute, and such a perfect lazy villager, especially with his initial catchphrase of 'eat it'. I love his yellow tailtip and paws. I love his sleepy, button eyes and bowl haircut. His interior design makes him seem so sweet and innocent, even a little childlike... but like all lazy villagers, he's more clever than he lets on, and has a definite mischievous streak. Of all my villagers, I'm the most heartbroken seeing bad things happen to Broccolo, like accidentally walking into a pitfall. I want to protect him and cheer him up whenever he gets sad, or bullied by other villagers for his dreams of eating lots of tasty food!

Oh, and he has a lot of really cute conversations with Bettina in my current game. They make a good pair.

i am definitely not the biggest fan of the mice, but now that i've looked at them... bella and dora are SO CUTE. i had rod in wild world so i do have a soft spot for him, but i voted for bella just because she's kind of cool hehe
