Over on the right side of the post is a thumbs up with like. When you select that different icons will pop up. Choose the ice cream that you bought with your coin to react to the post.

So is the new winning flavour going to remain as the blob/poop shape? I'd go for chocolate if that's the case because it feels the most fitting.
