Yoru looked at the flame burning in his hand, and performed a curt nod.
He was the fire element?
Somehow, a bright burning fire didn't seem to suit this meek individual. She was slightly interested, wondering why he had such a contradicting ability to his personality.

I feel as the weak fire causes a small spark to orbit around the fire.

"That's...n-new.."

Yoru yelped and took a step back, startled by the fire's sudden crackling.
Afterwards, she burned with embarrassment, and crossed her arms, turning away. She was annoyed with herself for getting so startled, and tried to play it off coolly. "..I see.."

I clasp my hands and the fire instantly goes out. If me and her ever get into a fight, I know I would lose.

"Please...I need to make sure tat the water wont touch me.."

Yoru shrugged, making her water disappear. If anything, she was a girl of her word, so if she decided her water wouldn't touch him, it wouldn't touch him.
She actually had never met a person of the Fire element before, so she wanted to use this opportunity to see what they were like.
Forcing aside her shyness, she tried to speak to him.
"....So.... What's your name..?" Yoru muttered, still facing the city.

"Nayota....you?"

 

[Chrome Dokuro]

"Yoru."

 

[brownboy102]

"Nice name.." I say, still looking down at the city.

I wondered if cops would show up thinking we were committing suicide.

(LOL FOR SOME REASON THAT MADE ME LAUGH.)

"I know." Yoru said flatly, staring at the city with him.
After a minute, she mumbled a "you too.." quietly so she wouldn't feel rude.

(Well, your not alone.)

I see someone spot us and end up with a panic-like expression on their face. They then call someone, and a few minutes later the sound of sirens are heard.

"Someone called the cops..."

Yoru stared down at the cop cars coming to the scene. "Crap.."

"Don't jump!" They yell.

"We aren't jumping!" I yell back.

 

[RainbowCherry]

Jason hugs Satoshi sooo hard, he starts choking. Satoshi teleports onto Jasons back, making him land on the floor. "Don't hug me like tha-" Satoshi hears sirens. He whistles, and turns into a red and black mist of blood, hard to see in the sunlight. "What's happening now...?" Satoshi laughs to himself.

Yoru turned her back to the people down below, scowling slightly.

"I said, DON'T JUMP!"

I turn to Yoru.

"It's h-hopeless. Th-They can't h-hear us. Their t-too caught up in being hero's." I put my arm upto the side, and push us both backwards.

Satoshi laughs. How come I don't get to extuinguish the flame of their lives? He couldn't recognize the people from the far distance. (Pun entirely intended. :3)

Yoru sighed, just because people were up high didn't have to mean they were committing suicide!
She nodded briefly in response.

The people back away, and the cops stay.

People murmured stuff like, "What are they doing?" or "I'm scared.."

Babies wailed, children were scared, the cops yelled, people left to wonder what in the world they were doing.

"I-I think we're g-going to be h-here a while.." I whisper.

"I agree..." Yoru muttered under her breath. Why did this have to happen?

Out of all times...stuck with someone..and it is a girl...I think my mind is going to explode... I think. I inch to the side of the roof to see if they are still there. The crowd had gotten bigger, all around the building.
