I would be inclined to agree with this but there are still some factors that i considered re punchy:

1) Punchy is town and you're correct in scum using him as a scapegoat candidate for lynch.
2) Punchy is mafia and scum are in the position to set themselves up to appear more town-aligned basing on how he flipped.

I feel that a punchy lynch would be all the more confusing and beneficial to mafia in this case actually, and considering how one of the investigative role is dead i'm really not sure this risk is worth it and that we should at least consider other candidates (aside from myself imbeciles). i'll have to re-read the interactions of people with punchy in the thread but right now im totally down with a toads lynch and how he's set really mostly set on punchy and playing almost mostly on emotion.

I agree with the punchy thing on both points, but then I also can't help but be wary that you're mates with him and trying to sway people off him :thinking:

My initial vote on Bianca on Day 1 was on the basis that I was not comfortable with how everyone was set on Punchy and how easily scum could hide behind this, so I tried to divert it to bianca to see how others would react.

But we will cover that after punchy flips whatever, because between him and looking back at day 1 I think maybe someone else may become a possibility too, but first thing is lynch punchy. I don't think farobi is scum, so people should get off him. His last two posts had more content than someone like dedenne or locket combined, so if you want to talk about activity lynch in those two. To the two people not voting punchy, why?

Let's not vig Punchy yet as it could be a one shot vig. Unless we are absolutely sure who is scum, vig should not shoot especially if one time. When mafia flips, then we can deduce who is who.

For some reason, and i might be wrong, runeraider could have been targeted because he is so vocal about dying , and he even said "doctor save me" or something like that which made him easy target. so if ur blue just dont engage that might give mafia ideas especially during night phase.

If punchy is town, and assuming 2kp holds, then we're down to 5-3 town to scum ratio next day phase, so we'd have to lynch correctly two(? maybe three) days in a row correctly to win.

Punchy: i dont even care what i read him anymore, either way i want him to die so we can get the info based off of peoples reactions to him and the great waffle wagon of 2018. if i had to read him itd probably be moderate maf especially after he got protected so hard but like i said i would want him to die even if he got a specific presidential recommendation for being kept alive

Farobi: wow he hasnt posted since the end of d1. i thought he was doing well at the start but his content has kinda dropped since then, cant really get a read bc of the lack of content so null for now but if punchy flips scum super sus

Amanda: a lot of her posts have been wishy washy, long but not saying much. i think shes trying to make herself look useful while in reality theyve basically all been either protecting punchy, scumreading waffles or defending herself. im not 100 percent sure but im gonna say slight to moderate sr for now

I see, something like that was enough to make you strongly scumread me. it's like you wouldn't or didn't consider whatever else I do before or after the fact. not sure if you had such a strong impression of town!me so much that you're 100% certain how I would act in every single game and me not acting within that rule is me definitely being scum, or it's just you forgot that I haven't played a full game of mafia for almost half a year prior to this game and that somehow would be playing a little bit differently? actually I went back and iso'd your post a couple of times and you're still coming off as strongly town to me. I was just really scared of the possibility of you and evan in the scum team because it'd suck having to go against the two people I count on to be town the most. it was just me vocalising my fears.

and those two points didn't matter. as scum, it's always best to eliminate those who are widely read as town, regardless. they are also two of the most vocal in thread. and even if they had you on strong town read, it can change later. also killing people who are sus of you usually makes people more suspicious of you anyway (speaking generally here, not you becaus I notice you get defensive pretty quick)

I'm still thinking you're town, just saying those points mean nothing to me if I consider it.

Honestly so far everyone's feeling prett town. But I don't like how players like Locket and Antonio gets to fly under the radar, or play badly and not get scrutinized just because oh they've always played like that as town, or because they're new. Locket have never been scum before right? And because of her town self was scummy and wuiet, wouldn't it be easy for her as scum to play the exact same way?

And Antonio, it's high time you actually play properly. Who do you think are most likey town, and who do you have scumleans on? Its the 2nd half of D2 so there's no excuse of not having enough for reads.

If Punchy is mafia then you'd be clear town in my eyes. I do not see you in a team with Punchy. But if Punchy flips town it would be hard not to suspect you as you've been one of the most vocal against him since day 1. And considering that next days would be MYLO, I really think you should be the candidate for that lynch considering that people right now are set on Punchy and less so the inactives. I hope you had looked further into that toads

Call me a hypocrite but lowkey I'm ok with these people for lynch too because they're being alive in the final days would make it really easy for them to blend in by posting close to nothing. Punchy is at least posting things that makes it less inconvenient for me to get a read on him, but these players do not have the leadership skill, activity, or the good reads to make up for much. I get it with the real life issues, but it's not rare that mafia have made that excuse before to slip past days.

I've been inactive as both mafia and town, and the one time I was inactive as town I got lynched pretty early (guess that's because it was more uncharacteristic of town me to do so than the ones you mentioned) so I'm not really keen on lynching them. I do agree however that it's way too easy for scum to blend in by avoiding the thread.

tbh this game is full of busy players (me included but I try to make time) and it's kind of disheartening. but thankfully this game is somewhat fun so I don't really regret joining lol.
