Omg. LMFAO For whatever reason my Uncaffeinated body was reading above where it was talking about attack points so that’s where I was trying to redeem this puzzle. That certainly explains why my answer just wasn’t going through

i don’t know what i was expecting from the first puzzle, but ed sheeran’s face wasn’t it. 
managed to solve it on my own!! i was definitely confused at first and tempted to just look for the answer in the thread, but i’m proud of myself for trying (and succeeding) to work through it on my own first.
