So, I didn't know that you could get villagers through streetpass. My third Uchi villager moved in yesterday. Today my second Uchi, Shari said she'll be moving. I don't need three so I've said she can leave. I was very generously given her right here in this thread so she's going to a new home the same way hopefully. I know she's on someones dream list but I can't remember who it is!

When the neighbor is all boxed up, the person who is getting them just goes over and talks to them and asks them to move to their town (an option will pop up to)..
