I know this is a little bit off topic, but I’m working on reviving my Native American language (Ojibwe) and I’ve named a lot of my characters and other things in ojibwe. I wish that I could integrate Ojibwe language into the game to name things, like table, River, etc. so some of my students that play the game could see it. That would be so cool!

Games are great language exercises, especially Nintendo ones since they're made with an all ages mindset so the vocabulary isn't that advanced. English is not actually my first language and the Pokemon Games helped me a lot as practice. For Animal Crossing I don't know, it'll depend on the game, I'm actually trying to learn Japanese on my own and I've been using AC to practice too, with result of questionable quality so far...
But to answer, it is deffinetly worth a try!
