Thoughts on yellow cake?

I love vanilla cakes, and yellow cake has a special place in my heart! I had an EasyBake Oven when I was younger and I thought their yellow cake mix was so good. So even though it's not my absolute favorite vanilla cake flavor (I prefer white or sponge), it's definitely a nostalgia-button presser for me.

It's good! It's white cake > yellow cake > chocolate cake for me.

it’s okay, it’s boring though imo. if i had to rate cakes it would be yellow cake and white cake (bottom tier), marble cake, chocolate cake, red velvet. chocolate and red velvet are kind of on the same level for me.

yellow cake, to me, is way too dry. not the biggest cake fan as they're all pretty dry but yellow cake is probably worst of them.

I like chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate filling.


Yellow cake is ok.
