Time Traveling: what's your opinion?

If TTing makes the game more fun for you--great! Personally I like TTing. Sometimes I can't log 2hrs, or even an hour, a day on AC. It helps, on the weekends if I go back and do all the days in the week I missed that way I feel like I"m getting what I paid for(even through i got it for free).

You guys are right, TTing can be good if you missed something, or want to go to an important date REALLY badly, well, if you wanted my opinion, here it is: I think TTing can be a good thing for you, but some people manipulate the ability too much, and just skip to holidays like Bunny Day, Haloween, or Christmas, so they can get the holiday items, then sell them all at their version of Tom Nook's store, just to get big bells.

Personally I don't care about time travelers.
As long as it doesn't ruin my game I don't really care.
It's alright if you missed a big holiday or something but just like Ben_Of_Twilight said abusing it is something that really bugs me.

I honestly don't mind when people time travel, I just hate it when they boast about getting all the bugs/fish when really they haven't achieved half as much as someone who waited to get all the bugs/fish. The same goes for boasting about how many bells they have and stuff. I personally don't time travel and I never want to time travel, even if I miss something by 5 minutes I wouldn't time travel, I think it takes half the fun out of the game and ruins a massive part of it, that being the game simulating real life time. If you miss something by 5 minutes in real life you can't exactly go back in time so you don't miss it xD

time traveling: Good.
time traveling for self gain: decent
time traveling to show off your collection of junk and compair it to others: bad.
The only issue that i have with city folk period isnt time traveling, but people who transfered from the ds game to the wii. Somehow--transferring your character over, your a cheater. Period.
I dont see how that's cheating. Especially if, right there at the start, Rover asks you if you would like to transfer from the ds to the wii... About all you gain is your looks, and your catalog. Even then, your catalog in the ds game releases things on the wii that would normally NOT be available unless you DID transfer over,or found someone who did.
Now which items? At this point, I do not know. But it seems to be the most logical choice or else it wouldn't have been offered at all. I probably would know the answer if i hadn't quit the game for school and my baby-to-come, but things happen.
