Top Gift Givers Leaderboards - Dec 25th Announced!

During this season of giving, TBT's most generous members will be officially recognized as the embodiment of a generous Christmastime character. From December 15th until Christmas night, a daily leaderboard of our top gift givers will be posted shortly after 7:00 PM EST with the day's top givers.

Whoever places first on the leaderboard will be recognized as that day's famous gift giving Christmastime character. Each top gift giver gets the title and colored username from the time it is awarded until early January.

December 15th: One Wise Man
December 16th: Scrooge Redeemed
December 17th: The Nisse
December 18th: Mary Hatch Bailey
December 19th: Uncle Drosselmeyer
December 20th: La Befana
December 21st: The Little Drummer Boy
December 22nd: Olaf the Warm Hug Giver
December 23rd: Cindy Lou Who
December 24th: Julbock the Yule Goat
December 25th: Father Christmas

You can only win once, so it will go to the next highest ranked user if the top giver won another day's leaderboard. This means if you want a certain character or color, you'll have to strategize when you give your gifts away! Points on the leaderboards are based on the snowflake value of the sent gifts, which is 20 snowflakes per gift. If there's a tie, we'll look at the amount of Christmas Lights the tied users gave in the last 24 hours. If there's another tie, we'll base it on the amount of Christmas Lights given all month.

You do need to give gifts to be on the leaderboard actually. It’s based on gifts sent for the day, not snowflakes on hand!

The first day has ended! The results are still being calculated and formatted, but they will be posted very soon. Anything gifted after 7:00 PM EST is considered a part of the next day.

Top Gift Givers Leaderboard: December 15th

After only a few hours since receiving the event's first batch of snowflakes, the first day has ended in a tie! Roxxy and kiwikenobi both earned 100 points for the day. However, our leaderboard rules have determined the day's winner in the second tiebreaker, which is based on total Christmas Lights sent. Our first winner, @Roxxy, is now declared to be our One Wise Man!

Gifts sent in the next ~6.5hr hours will count toward today's leaderboard totals. Any sent after 7pm EST (12am GMT+0) will be counted toward tomorrow's. The daily leaderboards will be posted publicly sometime after 7pm EST each evening.

After two days, the collectible gifting has resulted in $43.60 raised for charity so far! On top of that, the community has forward us donations totaling in $45.45 to be included in our totals. That brings us to a total of $89.05 raised for these causes so far.
