Ubiquitous... What kind of a word is that?!

Day 90! It's finally time to catch up, after over a week of being a day behind. Huzzah! So today was another Meh Monday... Or a Mehnday. I like that, Mehnday. Anyway, school was pretty uneventful. The only out of the ordinary thing that happened was the Spelling Bee. On Wednesday, I think, we took a spelling test. The top ten people from the entire middle school who scored on that test got to move on to the next round. That round was today. At 3:00, all ten of us went down to the TAG room to do the Bee. It went very well for awhile. It was double elimination and I had only missed one word. We were down to six people, I believe. The word? Ubiquitous. Two people went before me, both of them missed the word. It was my turn. The top three people got to move onto the next round. The pressure was on. I stood up and began spelling it: U-B-I-G-U-O-U-S (that's how everyone else had spelled it ((well similiarly)) so I thought it was like that) Unfortunately, that was wrong... And I was out. I was pretty disappointed, I mean, nobody else knew how to spell it. If it was a different order, I would have made it on. Do I really care about spelling? No. I just wanted to miss school the next week and eat out! Oh well, it's not the end of the world.. And I am an alternate, if one of the three going gets sick. At least I got that far! But still, I can't help but be bummed a bit. Anyway, that's enough blogging for today. Seeya all tomorrow!
Question of the day: Ever been in a spelling bee?

Nope, the only spelling bee my school offered students was in 5th grade and I didn't get into it D;

And yikes, I'm in high school and I'm pretty sure that most of the kids in my school probably have never heard that word :/
