I purchased the "User Title Color Change" from the shop about a week ago, and it was working fine until yesterday? It changed back to black, and it won't let me fix it. Do I have to buy a new one? Anyone have this happen before? Help.

Dont do this. Report something instead.
It's a common problem when you change your profile. It wipes the color. Yes, you have to purchase another one.
