"User Title Color Change" Question

Is this feature only able to be used once, or are you able to change the color multiple times once you have it? I didn't find an answer through Google, sorry if this is answered somewhere already.

Got my answer, it's only one use. Thanks anyone else who was going to!

you can only use it once, if you want to change it again you need to buy another one
