Username Title Color Failed To Change

So I just spent 220 bells on that username title color change to change it from red to a different color... and it's still red. I put in the 707070 number for the color I wanted and I guess I forgot the hashtag. I pressed enter thinking it would show me the preview of the color, but instead it counted it as me changing my color. I really don't want to waste another 220 bells. Can I get this fixed?

The color preview is automatic. If you've put in the color correctly it will change to show you what it will look like without having to press any buttons.

I don't think I entered it correctly though or I would have noticed the change. I typed "707070" instead of "#707070". The website I copied the code from didn't put the # symbol in front of it so I left it out by mistake. I ended up pressing enter with 707070 code in and it changed nothing. Now it won't let me configure to fix my mistake. If I can't get this fixed I'll just spend another 220 bells. I wanted to know if I could get my color change fixed so I didn't rip myself off of another 220 bells.

EDIT: I just decided to spend another 220 bells. The missing # was the original problem after all. I guess I'll take the loss and learn from my mistake.
