Just played it twice with Katt (Wish she could move in).

She will flip a coin 3 times. When you get it wrong the price stops going up, and she buys it. It was Tail 5/6 times.

A bit of a warning I have is campers are more likely to move into your town the more games you play with them. I accidentally got Moe and Dizzy to agree to move in straight off of the bat without having to play charades or rock-paper-scissors. Like, how dare you move in after I make 2 million bells off of you?

I really love this technique though, even if can be kind of time-consuming. It's very helpful.
