Version 2.0 release time?

So did they say the update was going to release on November 5th in Japan?
From what I've seen before, the update releases is on 10 a.m. in Japan. So that means whenever time in your time zone.
Did they say this for confirmation or it's November 5th for everybody?

This, roughly. Expect it any time from 8:00PM EST to 10:00PM EST on November 4th.

At the latest it will release 12:00AM UTC, or 3:00AM EST on November 5th.

Yeah, for the most part. Updates tend to release at 10AM in Japan, so even though in EST time zones it is suppose to release on a certain date, it releases a few hours before that date to due it releasing early morning in Japan. The only exception is when it is a game release, it'll be playable at 12AM for your accounts time zone (NA account, etc).

Version 2.0 will more than likely release at 9:00PM EST. However, the DLC may not release until a few hours later or early morning.

I know every time there is a update it is normally around 2-5am GMT and i feel like this will be the same scenario with this update.

Luckily for me the update always drops at 8pm cst.

Does it matter that Nintendo in Japan didn't state 10am like they usually do? Just Nov 5 with no hour indicated.
