Hi everyone ~ I am so sorry for the unannounced, and unexpected absence I took. In the future I'll definitely be giving a notice for when this happens (although I don't see me going on another hiatus anytime in the near future).
Thank you to everyone who bumped this while I was MIA. ♡ It means a lot that this is still being used by everyone.
Obviously this is very out if date, and I've got an entire free weekend dedicated to catching up on all of the recent changes. Unfortunately I can't say right now when for sure an update will be out, (depending on how active the vtp has been, etc) but the goal is Sunday night.

Random question but are villagers who have been voided vs sold account for their placement in the tier list?

I'm not sure, but I'm going to say yes. It's just that people void villagers when there's no one lurking/reserving/looking for them. Therefore, it means that people don't want that particular villager. Because a villager won't obviously be voided if someone wants them. So let's say 5 of people have Merengue up for sale, one 1 of the 5 gets adopted and the rest are voided. This would affect Merengue's standing on the tier list.

I think merengue should go down to tier 2. I had a hard time selling her even when I lowered my price. There was just one person who really wanted her so they offered 150 TBT but I just asked for the original asking price.

I agree! There have been some Merengue's for sale this past week and each of them has took a loonnng time before finally finding a home. I don't like the rhinos that much but she's easily the cutest/prettiest one in my opinion.

And also Flurry. As much as I love Flurry, and would hate to see her fall down to tier 2 (I've got her in my town), I think she's a lot less popular nowadays. It takes such a long time for anyone to sell her, original or not.

Poor Flurry I did sell the one I had straight away but since then I haven't seen many people looking for her.
For some reason I've had to void 2 Muffys in 2 weeks as well, think when I've had her there's just been none of the people who were looking for her online at the time.

Could be! I think that's what happened with Julian, I saw another this morning being advertised and he didn't have any offers. Yet last week people couldn't get there fast enough. The supply of Julian's has been pretty big over the last few days though. Same with ankha, I've seen so many being sold that the demand just died down. Whereas I've managed to find homes both times I've had Ruby. But then I've not really seen her being advertised.

Thinking about it, that kinda sounds like you go to the mall and tell the shop assistant "Hey, can I have 2 Julians and 1 Ankha, please?".
