Well, the pricing varies for every seller/cycler really... I used to have a guide for pricing up, but because reasons, don't anymore. My advice would be to search within threads with the [Cycling] prefix and see what prices they have for tier 3's, andyou can get a pretty good idea that way. Or search within the forum for his name and you'll see selling threads with prices.

Yeaaah, pretty much this hahaha. People are definitely still willing to pay a ton of tbt/millions + millions of IGB if they are new/or just restarted their town.
