Actually forget what I said about skye, I looked through your sheet, and filbert was voided 2 times, and no lurkers, he shouldn't have gotten a boost but instead a decrease

I didn't include him in Kevin's cycle because Kevin voided him because he "felt like it". Not a valid reason to void a villager, especially when there's interest.
You need to understand that I don't start this list from scratch everytime. When 10 other villagers need a decrease, sometimes other villagers will move up a few spots, it just happens. The difference in a few spots in a list is close to nothing.

Like I said to Jared though, the difference in a few spots within a tier is close to nothing. The lack of lurkers and people looking for him in the LF thread, and the 1x void is what caused his decrease.

Oh wow, awesome to see Maple back in Tier 1! She deserves it. <3 I'll forgive her for surpassing Stitches cause she's adorable. XD As for Flurry, wow, she's very close to the top! Has a hamster ever been in Tier 1 before? My memory's really fuzzy on it. If not, then we may have a new record. Hamster villagers are super adorable.

And speaking of that new AC:NL update this fall, about amiibo support. This board might be dead due to that, but will this still be active? And plus, there are two new villagers that look like Callie and Marrie from Splatoon. Will you add them to the list when the first AC:NL update launches?

As long as the VTP remains active, then this will as well... However if it dies down, then updates will just be less frequent, and there won't be as many changes per update.
& Yes, will be adding Callie and Marrie once they're officially available in game. =]
