This list is really surprising tbh! I know Lily, Coco and Muffy are popular but I didn?t know they were THAT popular, it?s really cool to see!
 
not surprised about marshal; i?m kinda surprised he?s not #1 as i remember when he was the most sought-after villager.

i have an inkling that maybe bob will be #1, but who knows.

Rosie has not appeared in the ranking yet. So who knows ?
 
I think it’s important to keep in mind that page views add up from numerous factors, not just popularity (and particularly not popularity in terms of which villagers are sought after)

Factors to consider and examples:
• other material they’ve featured in
(Apollo is one of the main characters in the AC movie, as well as a PC starting camper)
• popularity/notoriety within the fandom(s)
(Ankha is well known for her prominence in smutty art)

Of course, Ankha has been very desirable as a villager too. But the point is that some characters might be looked up for unrelated reasons, or even contradictory ones.

I reckon Rosie will get the top spot. She was in all the games, she was a main supporting character in the movie. Everyone likes her.
 
Pretty sure it'll be Stitches and Rosie in the top spots. I considered Bob but we hadn't seen a NH render till recently. I kept waffling between whether it'll be Rosie or Bob.

Yeah I know about this. It made me avoid Reddit AC community. And frankly it makes me suspicious of fans of hers. I wish guys into bestiality wouldn't ruin stuff, especially games and shows that kids like.

agreed. i love isabelle but the thought of anybody finding her sexy is just .... revolting.

Yeah, probably best to proceed with caution when googling her.

Apologies for any disturbance caused—it was just an example to prove my point. To be fair though, I hope most people realize that there’s a big difference between liking smutty anthro characters and bestiality. You can still find it weird, but it’s not about attraction to real(istic) animals.
