What collectibles have you discarded? That are not raffle tickets?
For me, I am very close to discarding certain things that do not sit well in my inventory.
I have only discarded a few things; I think one or two yellow candies (not from anyone I’m friends with). I am a hoarder and am attached to everything I get since I worked hard for some, while others mean a lot since they were gifted from friends — including more common collectibles. I like to keep them since the more options for possible lineups in the future, the better, at least that is how I feel.
I’ve never discarded a collectible! I keep them all as event mementos. I have given a few away, but I can’t imagine just choosing to discard. It’s not like they take up physical space.
yes (ty staff!!!) but i genuinely thought it was irreversible LMAO. wix candy is replaceable but that pink candy was an event award so i was like OH. OH NO
so yes if you discard a collectible by accident you will be able to get it back through CTS <3 10/10 collectible return service thanks staff
I believe I only discarded a few collectibles, being things I had from 2013 from when I wasn’t active at all. I’m glad I never discarded my 2013 Pokéball, though. That would’ve been a dumb move, lmao.
I generally don't discard collectibles other than the raffle tickets. We sometimes get flooded with Yellow Candies from RNG events where we buy a bunch in the hopes of one/some of them transforming into a different, rarer candy collectible, but even then I sell those back to earn back some of the TBT spent.
My Inventory at this point is pretty much just stuff that I intend to keep and that are parts of lineups, save for, like, a spare Rad Balloon.
I prefer to try to sell or give away collectibles I don't have a use for rather than discard them. Seems like a waste to just throw them into the void when someone might get use out of them.
I don't think I've ever discarded an actual collectible. For yellow candies, I usually just sell back the ones that didn't transform and that I don't want to keep. For other collectibles, I'd rather try to sell or give them away if I don't want them
The only things i've discarded are raffle tickets. I save things like yellow candies and tin robots in case there's another event in the future where they can be sold back.
Yes. Raffle tickets if they count as "collectibles". I don't usually discard though. If there is a "sellback" option I usually take it. I did it with eligible raffle tickets and collecitbles that I didn't need as much like the Yellow Candy and Red Envelope.
Discard... my raffle tickets? Wild. I still have all the ones I bought during the Valentines event.
I don't know why you'd discard any collectibles except the tickets though. If you really don't want it, wouldn't it make more sense to sell or give away the thing you don't want? All it's doing is helping others and it's the same outcome.
Besides raffle tickets, probably yellow candies. I don’t care enough to keep track of it. I’ve probably tried at least one time to sell a collectible and no one wanted it so I just threw it away. I don’t think I feel any real emotional connection with any collectible per se, but I still appreciate all the gifts friends send me that I didn’t ask for (there was a thread about if any collectibles have any sentimental value to you, and even though I said yes there, I was more referring to this), so I probably won’t discard any of those.
I, like @/skarmoury, also discarded most of my collectibles by accident one time, which included a ghostly kitty, an apple, and Stitches. ^^; I got most of them back except a blue violet that was gifted to me and that rotating April Fools egg. But I was able to get another blue violet from someone, and looking back I don't mind being without the egg.
Other than that I don't discard my collectibles. It's better to just sell them IMO, it feels more like a win-win option. If a collectible has a sellback option I also use that instead, though it depends on the situation.
I have only discarded raffle tickets and am very relieved that I haven’t (as yet ) accidentally deleted anything. Honestly I wish that the delete button wasn’t there as it is far too accessible.
