I really gotta stop falling behind like this...

• Isabelle gave us advice on what to do should we find someone passed out on the beach; Gullivarrr had washed ashore again. Luckily, it didn't take very long to find the missing phone.
• Recieved a three-tiered snowperson in the mail from yesterday's snowman.
• Delivered the gifts and checked in with everyone
• Pietro was thinking about moving away...and after a while, I gave him my best wishes. It was odd how I didn't feel too bad about letting him go, but I still hope he'll go somewhere nice.
• Discovered that Plucky was stuck, so I swung by Nook's Cranny to get her some medicine (I gave her her present after she started feeling a bit better).
• Noticed that Carnivale items were starting to appear on the store shelves... I should probably start decorating soon.
• Had to undo a Dung Beetle's hard work first, as the snowball in question was massive by the time I got to it, but I made another perfect snowman
also got three large snowflakes from the others ❄❄❄
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.
2/2 (Pietro's Last Day...)
• Isabelle made the offical announcement for Pietro's Move.
• Recieved a frozen sculpture in the mail from yesterday's snowman, along with a Pirate-treasure Robe from Gullivarrr.
• Found a lousy journal near Gayle's house. Funnily enough, the first person I asked about it turned out to be its owner; Rhonda was happy to have it back!
• Visited Pietro one last time and wished him well. I also tidied up the yard, putting the extra furniture back into storage.
• Made another perfect snowman, recieved three large snowflakes from the others ❄❄❄
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Got to order with pigeon milk today!
• At the end of the day (which was actually past midnight), I headed off to Harv's island, invited Pietro to Photopia, and did a farewell photoshoot. It took a little while to get him at an angle that looked good, and I ended up fighting with my storage for screenshot space (which was when I realized I had WAY too many just sitting around unused, and I had to go on a small deleting spree), but I eventually got a good picture

• Isabelle mentioned that C.J. was visiting today; although I didn't participate in his fishing challenge, I did bring him three tuna for a collectible. I'm now officially out of specimens to give him for collectibles...at least, until the fish I'm still missing are back in season.
• Recieved some embroidery in the mail from ingame Mom (IRL Mom shares her sentiment about it being too darn cold
), along with some ice flooring from yesterday's snowman.
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Made another perfect snowman, recieved three large snowflakes from the others ❄❄❄
• Helped Pekoe resolve an argument with Patty by acting as the delivery girl; Patty was actually thrilled with Pekoe's choice of an apology gift, which was a reaction I don't usually see. They smoothed things over quick.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.
• Ended up having Francine over at my house for a short visit, won a rocket lamp off of her in a card game.
• Redeemed some Miles for 10 NMTs in preparation to island hop for our new resident.
• Visited Harv's Island and customized some items with Reese and Cyrus. Also visited Saharah and Kicks while I was there.
• Deposited a lot of bells into savings.
• Began island hopping...but ended up only doing it once. I found Buck the Horse, and since he'd been one of my neighbors in New Leaf (heh, "neigh"bor), I ended up immediately offering him an invitation. He'll be moving in tomorrow!
But slowly but surely working on it, and good luck to you with completing that goal!
