What Did You Accomplish On Your Island Today?

Another short day, but this time it was weather-induced; we had 40mph winds blowing all day that knocked out our power for about 4-5 hours...
(To any other players in the same area, I hope you were safe during the gusts!)



3/3 (short day)
• Isabelle mentioned that Flick was visiting today; however, since I'd finally completed the bug model collection and had no bugs to sell him, I just waved hello at him.
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Whirroid. Also found a Bwongoid and ANOTHER Whirroid that popped up from yesterday's rainfall (I've never dug up two of the same gyroid on the same day before, that was kinda funny )
• Chatted with Buck (out for a jog, was checking out the pumpkin patch).
• Visited the roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Got to order with pigeon milk today!

Very short day, on account of playing a LOT of Splatoon...


3/4 (extremely short day)
• Isabelle happily announced that Slider was back in town; I attended the show, and he played Mr. K.K.
• Raced over to the Able Sisters so I could check out their inventory before closing time.
• Tried to chat with Buck, but never ran into him...
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.

Gonna have to play sparingly for the next week; I've managed to irritate the muscles in my hand and wrist to the point that it hurts to use my arm. Just my luck.

• Isabelle mentioned that Kicks was visiting today, so I made sure to pay him a visit.
• Today's HHA S-rank puts us at 236,829 points, the same as last week.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.
• Chatted with Buck (shopping at Nook's Cranny)
• Was told by Nook that I can apparently expand my home storage even further, which I hadn't been expecting...
• Deposited a lot of bells into savings.

3/7
• Isabelle mentioned that Label was visiting today. I managed to pass her fashion challenge, though it appears that I still can't get the Outdoorsy theme quite right. I still recieved a Labelle skirt, though, so I can't complain.
• Found a bottle on the beach with instructions inside for making a dark cosmos crown!
• Dug up an Arfoid and a Ringoid that popped up from yesterday's rainfall.
• Decided to chat with everyone I came across today. It turned out I hadn't spoken to Patty or Francine in a while, so I made sure to apologize to them.
• Finished setting up thr picnic area, and also swapped out some dishes at the sea-snack shack. (Maybe I should just call it that from now on...)
• Mathilda was thinking about moving away, but I was thankfully able to change her mind (phew!). I'm thinking I may end up keeping her as a permanent resident alongside Gayle and Rhonda.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.
• Finally found Buck after I finished helping Label out (out for a jog).
• Decided to finally craft the gold rose crown. I wanted to make the dark cosmos crown too, but I was one flower short, so I'll have to wait a bit.

I actually took some time away from the island but I realized I wanted to get a present for my husband. He really loves the Sanrio items and I'm aspiring to buy every single one of them for him and surprise him with them. I have to be a little secretive about it but it'll be worth it once I earn enough bells to do that. I don't have any nice items that I can sell for TBT either so it'll be a slow process but I'm still excited!

I decorated my island to try to boost my island rating. I'm still at 3 stars though . . . I'll build another bridge tomorrow (since I already built one today) like Isabelle suggested and we'll see by then. Even if it's not much, I'm pretty content with how my island looks 'cause it was completely barren before.

I did some trades (both on TBT and Nookazon) and got genuine art, DIYs, and other wishlist items in return. I also managed to get a high enough friendship with Frita to get her photo. ^^

Redd showed up on his lil tug boat yesterday and he finally had one of the last two pieces I’m missing. I thought it was a fake because some stuff looked out of place in the painting, but Blathers accepted it today. Turns out that “out of place” look was what Manet was going for. The irony of being called the Proper Painting.

• Isabelle mentioned that Leif was visiting today; although, as usual, I didn't buy anything.
• Recieved a single tailors ticket in the mail from Label.
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Chatted with Buck (out for a jog). He's still wearing the peacoat I gave him despite the weather, so I think I should start getting him some spring clothing...
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Found Don at the counter, and Tommy stopped by for a cup too. Got to order with pigeon milk today!
• Checked out some custom designs...

♡ Invited my first three villager to my new island. They are Sherb, Skye, and Apple. I was especially happy about Apple.

♡ Paid off my first loan, so I will definitely have more storage space tomorrow, which will be nice.

♡ Caught a few more bugs and fish for the month of March. Slowly getting there.

• Isabelle gave us advice on what to do should we find someone passed out on the beach; Gulliver had washed ashore again. Took me a little while to find all of the missing communicator pieces.
• Decided to chat with everyone I ran into today, just because.
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Flutteroid!
• Visited Buck at his house, found out Rhonda had the same idea. Buck seemed thrilled about the whole thing, and it was nice to know he'd made a friend.
• Found another gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Got to order with pigeon milk again!

• There was a visitor at the campsite today: Hippeaux the Hippo...
• Recieved a Kaffiyeh in the mail from Gulliver.
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Decided to talk with everyone I ran into, Buck included (working out in the plaza). Thanks to Buck, I also learned that Flick was visiting (but I didn't seek him out, as I didn't have any bugs to sell).
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Flutteroid!
• Witnessed a conversation between Rhonda and Buck about weeds...but due to the size of their heads and how close together they were standing, I almost felt like I was interrupting something (their heads kept clipping through each other, it looked funny) They're also both saying "sweetie" now...
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. No milk today...

• Today's HHA S-rank puts us at 236,829 points, the same as last week...which reminds me, I should probably start setting up the back room for spring...
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Chatted with Buck (doing an indoor workout at home).
• Plucky was thinking about moving away, but I changed her mind. Not ready for her to go yet.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Kapp'n also stopped by for a cup, and I got to order with pigeon milk today!
• Ended up having Patty over at my house for an impromptu visit... She gifted me a retro A-line dress, and I won a surveillance camera off of her in a card game.
• Deposited a lot of bells into savings.

• Recieved a piece of art in the mail from Buck: a Great Statue. However, there was already one one display at the museum... (also recieved a ball as a thank-you gift from Patty)
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Twangoid!
• Chatted with Buck (making apple pie)
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster.

3/14 (Happy Pi Day)
• Isabelle mentioned that Flick was here today...but seeing as I had no bugs for him, I just said hi.
• Recieved two tailor's tickets in the mail from Label.
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Chatted with Buck (working out with Francine and Mathilda in the plaza).
• Witnessed a conversation between Buck and Francine over childhood obsessions, and another between Patty and Mathilda about cost-efficient fashion tips.
• Agreed to have Buck over at my house tomorrow. Fingers crossed I remember.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Got to order with pigeon milk today!
• Got startled by a tarantula on my way home from Nook's Cranny, wasn't able to catch it due to it scurrying off into the flowers.

• Isabelle mentioned that C.J. was visiting today...but seeing as I had no collectible specimens for him today, all I did was wave hello.
• Found a gyroid fragment on the beach!
• Was surprised to find Celeste in the hybrid gardens; recieved a Pisces frag (must've run out of recipes for her to give me...)
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Sproingoid!
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster. Got to order with pigeon milk again!
• Returned home to let Buck visit, as promised. Was gifted a denim jacket, and won a Zap Suit off of him in a card game.

Short day today, was out celebrating my little brother's 21st birthday with him

3/16 (raining)
• Isabelle warned us of the risks involved with buying art from shady sources; Redd was back in town. However, I already had genuine copies of each of his display pieces...so I bought a flower garland to keep him happy.
• Recieved a thank-you gift in the mail from Buck for yesterday; it was a boa blouson.
• Dug up the gyroid fragment from yesterday; retrieved a Bendoid!
• Found a bottle on the beach with instructions inside for making a purple pansy crown!
• Chatted with Buck (out for a jog). He complemented my raincoat.
• Found a large star fragment on the beach!
• I now have at least THREE people calling me "puddin'" now; Plucky has jumped aboard the bandwagon.
• Visited the Roost and ordered a cup from Brewster; no pigeon milk today...
• Went home and made the purple pansy crown!
• Checked out some more custom designs...

I got Octavian's photo! I wasn't trying to get it or expecting it just happened to be up in the middle of the night playing and he needed someone to find his lost bag so I found it for him and he gave me his photo, was a nice surprise
