I mostly watched some Horror films including my favorite Scream (1996) and stuffed myself with party food + sweets, which I later regretted haha. Last night was also quite rainy but sadly no children knocked on our door again this year, no children for 3 years now, 100% Halloween is dying here in England! ♥︎
I've had the week off, so I spent much of the day playing dead by daylight working on the new archive challenges! Saw Doctor Sleep in the evening as well, thought it was pretty good!
Watched Billy & Mandy specials, ate snickers, and helped hand out candy to kids. Well, I didn't really see kids. I saw 12-13 year olds and my god were they impatient as **** too. Literally wouldn't wait one second for me to answer the door before ringing the bell 6 more times.
I wore clown make-up and walked around town, got some pizza, and just hung out with my Mom a lot.
That being said, because I'm disabled and struggle with fatigue issues, it's tradition for me to celebrate a holiday over the course of multiple days in case I was too tired to do everything I wanted to do on the actual date of the holiday, so I'm still technically celebrating Halloween. Planning on making some Halloween-themed charms, watching some horror movies, and eating a bunch of spicy food and a few more sweets.
I went out to do a couple of groceries for day of the dead and yeah it was a bad idea. It was full of kids trick or treating. And people were walking so slow and covered the whole sidewalk I couldn't walk. Like hello I'm trying to get home from a long day of work!!! Played Luigi's mansion 3 for the rest of the night.
My mom and I carved our Halloween pumpkin. It actually came out pretty good! After that, not much else other than handing out candy. We had a lot of trick or treaters this year, so our two bags of candy definitely got used.
I met up with my best friend and we watched movies while we ate a lot of candies. And by that I mean a LOT.
Also, I didn't get to sleep and the next day, I just freaked out because my favourite band got back together this Halloween after almost 7 years, so.. there's that.
A friend and I dressed up and... played Club Penguin. It was honestly really fun, one of the better Halloweens in a while. We're both really good at Find Four and kept trading wins back and forth, that was great.
