Had my usual coffee and muffin at work in the morning, then didn’t have anything else for several hours due to not feeling well. But just had a pizza dinner
Breakfast: Leftover veggie potstickers and whole wheat guacamole toast Lunch: Veggie patty sandwiches on whole wheat bread with guacamole, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, and black olives Dinner: Diced and roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, red/orange/yellow/green bell peppers, zucchini, and white cabbage Snacks: Single serving pack of nacho cheese Doritos, handful of plain potato chips Dessert: Small Oreo Brookie Blizzard from Dairy Queen, a few Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies
Breakfast: Leftover roasted veggies Lunch: More leftover roasted veggies, a single-serving pack of salt and vinegar potato chips, and one Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookie Dinner: Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce
Breakfast: Bagel with avocado and cream cheese Lunch: Dim sum (siu mai and cha leung) and black soy milk Snack: Strawberry Pocky Dinner: White rice with broccoli, eggs, and spam
Breakfast: Toast with butter and apple jelly, another piece of toast with homemade guacamole, and a couple of mini veggie sausages Lunch: Cream cheese bagel, half topped with pecans and half topped with black olives Snacks: Baby carrots and cucumber slices Dinner: Red cabbage, apples, and slices of vegetarian sausage cooked in balsamic vinegar and cayenne pepper, served over brown rice
