What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

yesterday

breakfast - broccoli, vegan cheese, chicken
lunch - beans on toast, vegan cheese, chicken
snack - peanut butter
dinner - beef sandwiches, mayo, tomato, vegan cheese, banana
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ muesli and milk. 🥣🥛

Lunch: 2 slices of rye sourdough toast, one with butter and marmite, the other with butter and raspberry jam. Plus a rhubarb yoghurt. 🍞🧈

Dinner: Beef chilli tacos w/ guacamole. Then some mango, grapes, and apricots for dessert. 🌮🥑🥭🍇

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits plus a coffee. :coffee:

Breakfast: Leftover rice and veggies 🍚🫑🌽🍄
Lunch: Same thing, plus some whole wheat saltine crackers
Dinner: Veggie potstickers and a few green apple slices 🥟🍏
 
Had my usual coffee and muffin at work in the morning, then didn’t have anything else for several hours due to not feeling well. But just had a pizza dinner 😋
 
Breakfast: Skipped

Lunch: Chicken, broccoli, and rice in a cheese sauce; Dr. Pepper 🍗🥦🍚🧀

Dinner: Cheeseburger and fries; Sweet Tea 🍔🍟

Snacks/Dessert: A Jolly Rancher, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate 🍬🍫
 
Breakfast: Protein weetabix w/ banana, muesli, and milk. Dried apricots and a mango slice on the side. 🥣🍌🥛🥭

Lunch: Slice of carrot cake, a protein yoghurt, and some masala chai tea. 🍰☕

Dinner: Japanese chicken curry w/ rice and kimchi. Then had a plum. 🍛🍚

Snacks: Single serving pack of nacho cheese Doritos, handful of plain potato chips 🥔🧀
Dessert: Small Oreo Brookie Blizzard from Dairy Queen, a few Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies 🍪

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese. Then had some grapes, apricots, and 2 plums. 🍝🍇

Elevenses: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese 🥯🫐

Lunch: Salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, cheese, and raspberry vinaigrette dressing); Citrus Green Tea 🥗🍋

Dinner: Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, Cheesy Gordita Crunch; Sweet Tea 🌯🌮

Snacks/Dessert: Mango My Mochi ice cream, Mexican Hot Chocolate ice cream 🥭🍨☕

Snacks: Baby carrots and cucumber slices 🥕🥒
Dinner: Red cabbage, apples, and slices of vegetarian sausage cooked in balsamic vinegar and cayenne pepper, served over brown rice 🍎🍏🍚
