What did you eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today?

Yesterday:
Breakfast: Protein Special K w/ kefir, muesli, and banana. 🥣🍌🥛

Lunch: Grapes and apricots. 🍇

Dinner: Various buffet foods from my sister's birthday party. So 2 slices of pizza, cheese bites, garlic prawns, salad, coleslaw, sweet potato fries. 🍕🍤🥗 Then had a slice of cheesecake w/ berries! 🫐🍓

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + coffee. :coffee:

Today:
Breakfast: Protein Special K w/ kefir, muesli, and banana. 🥣🍌🥛

Lunch: Cheese scone w/ chutney, plus grapes and apricots. 🧀🍇

Dinner: Mexican chicken wrap w/ black beans, quinoa, hummus, and spinach. 🌯🥬

Afternoon Snack: 3 biscuits + coffee. :coffee:
 
Breakfast: egg & cheese breakfast sandwich
Lunch: chex, vanilla protein greek yogurt, banana, watermelon
Supper: green beans
 
Breakfast: Strawberry fruit and grain bar 🍓

Lunch: Cajun-style shrimp alfredo; Dr. Pepper 🍤

Dinner: Salad (spring mix, chicken, bacon, strawberries, cheese, and champagne vinaigrette dressing); Citrus Green Tea 🥗🍓🍋

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate 🍫
 
Breakfast: Leftover cheesy rotini, but with tomato sauce this time 🧀🍅
Lunch: A bowl of strawberries, instant cheddar cheese grits, and mini vegetarian sausage links 🍓🧀
Dinner: Pizza topped with black and green olives, veggie patty crumbles, sauerkraut, and yellow bell peppers 🍕🫑
Snacks: Peanut butter sandwich 🥜

Lunch: half of a turkey sandwich & a handful of sweet potato fries
Supper: will be the other half of my turkey sandwich

I skipped both breakfast and lunch today. I am trying to eat lightly so my blood pressure is not as high when I have my doctor's appointment tomorrow. I may have some pizza rolls for dinner.

Lunch: Mixed green/red/black grapes and white corn tortilla chips with salsa 🍇🍅
Dinner: Burritos (refried beans, cheddar cheese, lettuce, salsa, and homemade guacamole) 🌯🥑

Lunch: Three cheese baked ziti, Citrus Green Tea

Dinner: Chicken nuggets, Waffle fries, Citrus Green Tea

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Hershey's Mini candy bars, Chocolate milkshake with whipped cream

Breakfast: Blueberry bagel, some freshly picked raspberries
Lunch: Caeser salad
Dinner: Grilled cheese, 2 hard-boiled eggs
Snacks: I had some Cookies n Cream ice cream after lunch, and I just had a bag of popcorn
 
Brunch: Leftover burrito and a peanut butter sandwich 🌯🥜
Dinner: Brown rice with stir-fried water chestnuts, baby corn, red/yellow bell peppers, white cabbage, mushrooms, and veggie patty crumbles 🍚🌽🫑🍄
Snacks: Peanut butter crackers 🥜

Dinner: Club wrap (turkey, ham, bacon, spring mix, tomato, cheese, mayo, and honey mustard on a wheat wrap), Macaroni and cheese; Citrus Green Tea 🌯🧀

Snacks/Dessert: 2 Jolly Ranchers, Raspberry sorbet bar covered in dark chocolate 🍬🍫
 
For breakfast I had the dryest reheated half of a sandwich from Buffalo Wild Wings. I mean I GUESS it was protein.

For lunch, I had a korean corn dog and some kimchi pork dumplings. Hot DANG were they good.

For dinner, I had chili with some cheese bread!

For dessert after dinner, I had some chocolate covered pretzels. I don't think I actually snacked otherwise today? I'm kinda surprised by that 'cause usually I snack all the do darn day.
 
Breakfast: a punnet of strawberries. Red bull. Coffee.

Lunch: Demae ramen chicken flavour instant noodles leftover salt 'n' chilli chicken. Gingerale.
Ok, I know this is a really random reply to an old post, but as I was looking for camp eggs (lol) I ran across your post. The salt n chili chicken really spoke to me so I had to search it on the internet and found a couple of very yummy looking recipes. I am pretty sure we hail far away from each other, as I have never heard of "punnet", Demaie ramen, or the cream thing. Anyway, I love finding new recipes and learning what others like to eat. Thank you! I will definitely be trying the chicken recipe I found.
