What do you do to keep fit? For me i cycle to school almost everyday and i do home workouts as well. I don't really go to the gum though cos the gym kinda intimates me.
 
i hit the gym or do some home yoga and pilates. with some headphones and a general knowledge of the equipment, the gym becomes a lot less scary.
 
I walk my dogs with my mom as well as work out at home 'cause going to the gym would make me die inside
 
We recently just got a puppy, so I like to take it out for walks. Perhaps even a run around on a field, it keeps the dog entertained and it's a great opportunity for me to get out of the house and exercise. I also get a chance to bond with her through playing and being active, we both get a good kick out of it. It's beneficial for both of us! :D

I walk to school, and I try and take a gym course.
I do home workouts, youtube videos are really resourceful for that.
I can join my school gym if I can't fit in a course, so s'all good.
I can also bike this summer when I'm feeling normal again -3-

Just got my sparring equipment too, and it's sparring night tonight, super excited!
 
I go jogging every morning for about 5 miles, just some basic workouts before I do that. Occasionally I go rock climbing, and I've recently gotten really into tennis.

I'd like to start biking but haha I'm 17 and I don't know how to ride a bike :rolleyes:.
 
To stay fit I take proper diet and run every day. Along with this I am using a coach app see here which was recommended by my friend to manage my daily workouts and track my results. According to me there is no need to go gym, you can stay fit by doing simple exercises and need to take a balanced and healthy diet.
 
We should keep in mind one thing - "It's not about having time, it's about making time"
So take out time whenever you get and start doing fitness activities.
