What do you do to keep fit?

i need to walk 20 min to the bus stop/from bus stop to home


other than that im just a potato
 
I usually take a few walks with my dogs, or by myself throughout the day. It helps with my moods too so.. (?∀`)
 
I usually go to the gym for a while early in the morning before I go to work. I don't really do any hardcore exercising but I'm constantly moving at work and I usually walk to where I need to go. I'm not super fit but it's working for me.
 
mainly cycling and walking everywhere. there's a gym in my apartment but I rarely use it u_u I should really work out more.. i love doing outdoor activities like hiking and cycling but I don't train enough for it haha.
 
I'll hike most of the time along with walking and running the park down the street from me. I also stock at work twice a week(a heck ton of boxes) and that's pretty much it. Sometimes I'll watch what I eat, but more often than not I love myself too much.
 
I'm not really fit at the moment, but a friend and I have been going to the gym together recently to get into shape. We mostly do weightlifting with 15 minutes of cycling at the end of our workout for some cardio. My thighs seem to get the most benefit so far.
 
Oh boy... well... I walk... up and down the stairs at my work to go to the lunchroom. :)

I do yoga once a week as well and occasionally go on walks but now that it's winter, that no longer happens. I better figure something out.
 
i play sports, i live an a 3 stories house (exactly 1 million stairs), i run, and ima gym person
 
Drinking a lot of water, cardio, portion control, and not eating around bed time or after a certain point.
I have a sedentary lifestyle so it is mostly through diet. It takes a bit of extra work because I am on the shorter side unfortunately.
 
Mostly, just find active things to do at home. Though, I do have a comic shop I enjoy going to within walking distance. Sometimes, I walk to it or walk home from there. Also, I sometimes play videogames standing up just so I'm not sitting too much.

Kind of hoping the RingFit Adventure Switch game gets good review because that could be a good new way to work out.
 
I'm not really doing it right now, but I walk on my family's treadmill for about 30 minutes everyday for five days a week. It gives me about two and a half hours of exercise every week, which is what they say is required for you to do. Another thing I try not to do is eat after 7pm. I don't like eating things that late. Other than that I try to eat less and not get seconds when it comes to food. :p
 
I do a lot of work in the yard. I exercise, and go for plenty of walks.

Walking is the best exercise and it keeps you fit.
 
I try to walk during my breaks at work, when I get breaks, which has become very inconsistent. I also do some exercises at night before bed, just simple things like crunches and whatnot. Besides that, I try to do portion control and not eat very late at night. I've been doing all of this for a few months now and I'm starting to see a small difference. My jeans aren't quite as snug, so that's a good start.
 
I recently bough "Ring Fit Adventures" for Switch and honestly.. that game makes so much fun. :D
I hate doing sport and I'm a very lazy person, but that game is actually quite motivating and exhausting!
