What do you do to keep fit?

I don't actively do anything but I tend to walk fast out of habit, and it's always for long periods of time, so I guess that works. I try to eat healthy too in most cases but I'm a pretty light eater anyway so I don't think it really makes a difference. Whatever I've been doing has been working so far so that's good?

I've jogged occasionally but recently if I need exercise I'll walk the dogs or go out to buy groceries/shopping. Pok?mon GO aides me on my quest.

I take an aerobics/complete fitness class Monday through Friday. Mondays are usually step routines or aerobics, Tuesday & Thursday are weight training, Wednesdays we run a mile, and Fridays are yoga, dance, etc, something new every Friday.

I haven't been working out too much right now. And I'm feeling the effects of that. I usually walk, jog, and do home exercises. I used to have a y membership and I did the elliptical, stair master, treadmill, bicycle and a bunch of weight machines. I felt so good then...

i eat healthy or vegan whenever i have the chance and when school is open i do like 2 hours of cardio or whatever exercise 2 or 3 times a week

Lol, I don't really do anything to keep fit. I remember playing outside with my neighbors several months ago, but nowadays I usually just stay inside, mainly watching TV and or surfing the Internet.

spoon crossfit, finding new and difficult ways of lifting spoonfuls of food into my mouth, followed by climbing up the stairs and Olympic sprinting 2 steps to my bed, where i then do a beautiful 360 belly-flop into it.

thats my daily regimen.

(Really, for me it does, I lost about...50 pounds!?

I'd go to the gym at school with my roommate a couple times a week and take whatever class they're offering that night, then also walk around campus rather than taking the shuttle buses to get around

I'm on break now though so I probably won't be doing anything during this whole month away

Run to Retail, then Run to main street to go to the Able Sister's, then run over to the Dream Suite, then run next door to Katrina, then run around the museum, then run back to my house.

Not much really:") I drum and that's more exercise than you actually think it is, and I walk to the train station to then walk from the train station to college and I'd say overall that's a 35 minute walk in total, excluding when we walk around town to find somewhere to eat.

I like blogilates and rebeeca louise videos on youtube. Also I have en exercise bike I ride a few times a week. (at least that's what I do when I actually have the energy to exercise lol)
