• Guest, can you feel the love in the air? Valentine's Week at The Bell Tree has begun with a new mini-event featuring four activities to enjoy -- new and returning collectibles are up for grabs! Dive in to the love here.

What do you study / do for work?

Kindergarten teacher. It's madness broken up with fleeting moments of cute. I got stressed out and run down and got to spend my long weekend fighting a cold from the kids' cooties.

"Madness broken up with fleeting moments of cute" LOL THIS

I am gonna work with kids in health care, haha can't wait. XD

I'm studying biology right now! I'd also like to work toward getting TEFL certification sometime so I'd be able to teach English abroad.

i go to high school, and i don't plan on working for a while, maybe i'll do a summer job if i have time. i'm way too busy during the school year, so i probably won't be going to work and crap for a little. next summer i'm going to ucla for this internship thing so idk

I don't have a job yet, but when I get into college I am planning on studying floristry and baking/pastry arts. <3

I work with children/young people with special needs and disabilities. Mostly EBD but I've a lot of experience with global developmental delay, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, etc.
Had to cut my hours again recently due to my health but I also do part time PA work for a child with special needs

I'm a housekeeper at a hospital. I clean all day. Today I cleaned a ton of poop off of the patients toilet, floor, and wall. Yesterday, I had to clean a ton of blood in a patients bathroom. ( Stay in school, kids). Lol.

Hey, somebody has to do these jobs. I remember having a big bleed in hospital after having the line out of my leg, the poor lady who had to come and clean my room....always have a chat with the cleaners when I'm in there.

Nothing. I'm on disability. Yay. *sigh*

My first degree was in filmmaking and screenwriting and the extent of what I did with it was freelance work as a camera operator (special events and work with local companies). But I got a little fed up with the latter and realised it is not for me so I went back to school last month to study science. I love it so far.

:)

I'm studying Biology/Broad Natural Sciences, going into my second year very soon, I don't work right now.

I am currently at school for Graphic Design! I hope in the future to be able to code websites for a living and learn how to code apps for phones since the pay is better and I enjoy coding more than print.

Neither right now due to some family issues and huge stress. I hope I can start looking for a job soon when this mess is somewhat cleared.

I used to take film studies for quite some years before though.

eng/math/sci/geo/his/pe for my compulsory subjects
elective geo/social studies/visual arts/japanese for electives

I am currently in Year 11, taking a 2 year IB course.

subjects:
chemistry, biology and computer science at a higher level
french, english and maths at a standard level

I work as a cashier at an antique and music store part time. I am studying psychology and taking aviation courses, because I plan to go into the Navy as a pilot, and then, after I retire from service, become an FBI agent :). Writing is fun too, but I'm not going to rely on my slim chances of making a living off of writing novels when I have a scholarship to study other cool things too.

Studying for my BSc in Genetics, going into my second year of university in a few weeks

I work two retail jobs just for the $$$, but hopefully I can afford to finally start taking college classes this winter :')

I'm in my second year of medicine. When I was in high school I really wanted to be an English teacher and an author, so I love reading these threads. It's amazing how much things change!
