I'm totally fine with it but 1, I'm too scared to get it done, and 2, I would never spend money on something like that

It you're not happy with your body or whatever, you should feel free to get surgery

To each their own. I shouldn't care about another's surgeries. If they're happy with it, it isn't my business.

I don't like how people get addicted to it but I don't really have an opinion since it's their life and their money.

I have a bump in my nose that I've always been teased about and been called names for. I've literally been on the verge of just breaking my nose cause I hate it so much. Any side photos of me that my friends take, I always ask them to delete it cause I hate the way my nose looks. If I ever had the money, I would want to go to a trained , trusted professional and get it fixed cause I hate it.

I feel you.

I have a bump on my nose as well. I don't like it very much either because my nose just ends up looking huge in pictures but I'm learning to embrace it. ;;

I honestly don't care. I wouldn't do it myself. If it's their own choice and only for themselves then there's no issue.

Personally, I am in no way interested in that kind of thing. I like the way I am, with my imperfections. ♡

Though Im not blaming anyone who decides they want to do it! If thats what they desire then I'd support them :)

I think it's dumb if you spent thousands and thousands of dollars just to make your face or body look better. There are people who have had 100+ surgeries just to look perfect. This woman tried to make her butt bigger and she got paralyzed from butt-down. I only agree with it if you have had some kind of event like having a noticeable scar and wanting to remove it or a crooked nose, etc.

The dumb part is if you do literally hundreds of them as in some celebrities .-. I don't care either way not my problem lmao

Is it really your place to judge what people spend their money on? Issues like what you mention only happen with an incompetent surgeon, which happens when you skimp on costs. I will be getting multiple kinds of work done on myself after I finish nursing school and I assure you the my money spent on it is no dumber than money people spend on stickers or video games.

It think, like with most things, it's dependant on the situation. Generally I think it's dumb, but if somebody wants to waste their money on that, it's up to them! However in some cases it is really life changing, such as when somebody has had severe burns and gets plastic surgery to get their body to look more like how it used to, or when somebody (naturally) loses a lot of weight and the saggy skin doesn't bounce back, it's important for them to get plastic surgery to be able to look how they should. there's also cases such as that of Ariel Winters, who got breast reduction surgery a) because people are horrible and were making fun of her but also b) because it would start causing health problems, like back pain, which has now been avoided.
